Donald and Ailsa Currie farm at Bellevue Farm, on the idyllic west coast of Arran close to the village of Blackwaterfoot, with help from their young children Donald jnr and Andrew. Young Donald is the 7th generation of Donald Currie to farm on Arran. The farm is a traditional beef and sheep farm and offers visitors a happy, friendly and authentic atmosphere. There is always something different going on depending on the time of year.
Two self catering cottages located on a working beef and sheep farm overlooking the village of Blackwaterfoot on the west coast of the Isle of Arran.
Our countryside setting gives us spectacular views over the Shiskine valley, Kilbrannan Sound and Kintyre and is approximately 10 minutes walk from the village. Visitors are offered peace and quiet but are close to all local amenities.
The cottages boast lots of outside space for guests to enjoy BBQ’s or just take time to relax. Children can play in the large garden and are welcome to help with the day to day chores on the farm.
Bellevue is the perfect location for hill walking, golf, pony trekking, fishing, tennis, swimming or just taking in the many things the spectacular Isle of Arran has to offer.
