A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due two weeks prior to your holiday. Please diarise this date as a reminder isn’t automatically sent.
Payment can be made by BACS Bank Transfer or cheque.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance as we can only make a refund if we are able to re-let the accommodation.
Should it be necessary for us to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given.
Cot & high chair
A travel cot and high chair are available to hire free of charge.
Our normal policy is no dogs, as this is a working farm and the cottages are carpeted throughout. We will however make exceptions for small, “well behaved” dogs. In these cases we ask for £100 “good housekeeping” deposit which will be refunded when everything is found to be in order after departure.
Please smoke outside of the cottage.
The cottages will be ready for entry after 2pm on the day of arrival. We would be grateful if you could let us know when you plan to arrive so that someone can be there to show you in.
Please vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure, leaving the cottage clean, tidy and undamaged. Damages must be paid for.
Towels & bedding
Towels and bedding are provided with the exception of bedding for the travel cot.
All electricity is included in the rate quoted.
This is a working farm and carries all the dangers attached to that. Visitors are welcome to walk through the farm but do so at their own risk.
We respectfully ask that children are supervised by an adult at all times and follow sensible hand washing and hygiene procedures after any visit.
It is important that we know how many people will be staying in the cottage.
The owners cannot accept liability for any accidents or injury to occupants or their property during their stay.
The management reserves the right to gain access to the property for maintenance, or if it is evident that your party are not considering the neighbours or that they are mistreating the property.
